Hi David,
Just a quick update: I have arrived home safely. It was hard to leave my dad, but I had to come back home to help with Grace and deal with some work issues.
We are still waiting to hear about when dad will be transported back to BC, but it could be any day now. He is doing so much better than just a few days ago. He is still very weak but looking healthier. I am amazed at the speed of his progress and I know that everyone's prayers have a large part to do with that... as well as my dad's will to get out of the hospital :)
I will update again when I know more about his transportation arrangements. My mom will likely be traveling with him, which will make things much easier.
